Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
Little Brainery currently ships physical products within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing
All physical orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We use USPS to ship physical orders within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email after their order has been shipped.
5. Shipping Delays
Little Brainery is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help investigate.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. For damaged items, please include photographs when possible.
We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Digital Products — Instant Delivery
Digital products, including printable worksheets, activity books, and educational PDF files, do not require physical shipping.
Digital downloads are delivered electronically through the download method provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.
No physical product will be shipped when purchasing a digital-only item.
