Refund policy

At Little Brainery, we strive to provide high-quality educational resources and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, we are happy to assist if:

• you experience technical issues downloading your files;
• your files are corrupted or incomplete;
• you accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

For physical products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in its original condition;
• it must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible;
• proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
